LOVE STORY: CARMELA + PRESTON

This breathtaking Sedona, Arizona engagement session took place on Devil’s Bridge trail in the beautiful red rock mountains.

These two lovers were geared up and ready for an adventurous hike that took nearly an hour to get to the top! To be honest, they were pros during the uphill climb and conquered the hot, midday sun like champs.

After we got to the top of the trail, they changed into their dress attire for the session and posed like pros. After avoiding all the other park visitors and capturing some stunning images of the two love birds, we started our decent back down to the cars.

Without changing back into their hiking clothes, the two just slipped their boots on and started down in dress slacks and long maxi dress! If that doesn’t say dedication, I don’t know what does…

Along the way we found some unique nooks and crannies around the hike that offered more shoot locations with some greenery.

My favorite images have to be the ones of them holding each other in the red rock cave areas. The colors of the rocks against the black attire was so spot on to what kind of vibes we were going for.

I will choose to shoot out in nature over studio shoots any day. There’s something about wild sessions that I just get all “heart-eyesy” about! And this Sedona Arizona engagement session was nothing short of all the heart-eye emojis. And of course, my couples are just so full of love that they nail the sessions every time!
